I am thrilled to be a part of the school support team at PWPSD. I was fortunate to teach a variety of grades in a variety of subjects in my first nine years of teaching. In 2020, after falling (back) in love with math, I completed by Master in Curriculum and Instruction of Numeracy.
My goal is to share the beauty and joy of math with others. I collect good math problems and passport stamps. #mathrocks

I began my teaching career in northern Alberta where I worked as a Literacy Lead at St. Theresa School in Wabasca. I moved to Grande Prairie in 2015 and in 2023 started my PWPSD journey teaching Grade 3 at Clairmont Community School.
I have enjoyed being part of the PWPSD Literacy team and love using my passion and knowledge of literacy to support student learning within our division.

I began my educational career teaching Grade 1 at Bezanson School, before moving to Teepee Creek School, where I taught various grades for nine years.
I have been an active member of the PWPSD Literacy Roundtable, which truly sparked my interest in becoming a permanent member of the Literacy team.
I am excited to connect with new and experienced teachers, and help with their instructional practices, learn to utilize assessment data, and source and implement new resources.
